Affordable Management Plans

 

Plan I. Complete Management!

 We will fill your vacant unit.

Market the unit with a "For Rent" sign. Advertise when necessary. Show all prospects. Carefully screen all applicants and notify you of an acceptable tenant and allow you the option of choosing.

 Collect the monthly rent.

Handle the monthly collection of rents. Follow up with all issues dealing with the tenants or property.

Plan II. Fill a vacant unit only!

 We will fill your vacant unit only!

Market the unit with a "For Rent" sign. Advertise when necessary. Show all prospects. Carefully screen all applicants and notify you of an acceptable tenant and allow you the option of choosing.

 Complete all contracts and disclosures. Collect the Firsts month’s rent and deposit. Provide you with a complete accounting and then turn over the monthly work to you.

 Plan III. Collect the monthly rent only!

 Take over an existing tenant occupied unit

Advise the tenant of the new management and our rent collection process. Complete a thorough inspection of the unit.  

Handle the monthly collection of rents.

Follow up with all issues dealing with the tenants or property.
